Add modified date to field definitions #817

I'm thinking of making some updates to the Field and Template ImportExport functions, the first of which requires last modified date to be associated with each field - not the content, just the definition of the field.

Wondering if there's any reason why this doesn't exist currently. If so, I'm interested in hearing the details.

Originally it didn't seem like there was much value in tracking dates for fields and templates. But after a few years it does seem more useful. In fact, we did recently add a 'modified' date property for templates. I will put on my PW 2.6 to-do list to add the same for fields.
