Switch Colors for Dark Mode (RED)

• There is a need to fix dark mode on the website. Everytime we go to dark mode, the red looks too thick, we might need to switch to a more vibrant color to make it look easy for the dark mode users
• Let's define some color variables in CSS so we can stay more consistent with the styles
• Should we make a CSS file for solely dark mode? Could get confusing
• Will most likely need to modify reactjs code, sadly :(
