remove annoying node-fetch "security" issues coming from fbjs #212

I know these aren't legit issues when running client side but they can become a nuisance for downstream consumers to deal with

Since "create-react-context" is below version 1 need to bump package to get to 0.3.0

Not much has been changed in that package from 0.2.2 to 0.3.0: just swapping warning package out for another https://github.com/jamiebuilds/create-react-context/commit/b04abbb240ad222abe30b58ef9a6242097aecdcb

prop-types also had the same irritating warning.
