Scores for dropped players are incorrect #1

When loading a game where one or more players has dropped, their scores don't match the values on terra.snellman.net.

Looking into this, it seems that the end game points (cult, network, fire and ice bonuses) are awarded to the players, but the commands that do so (e.g. +4vp for FIRE) are blank. Fixing this will require a bit better dropped player support, which I'm going to put off for a bit.

Upon seeing where I decided to take the site, I'm currently focusing on faction level stats based on league games. Because league games have few leavers (on compared to normal games) and because users don't see dropped players directly, this is currently low on my list.
