Ideas to look into:

[ ] cookiecutter templates
[x] python package for cli
[x] github actions
[ ] docker image

Requirements:

valid BOM fields stored in *.sch file
.kicad_helpers_config directory: kibot config files
.github directory: github actions

Proposed CLI script

kh_update

[x] Install github action(s)
[ ] Copy example notebooks (e.g., for syncing the BOM)
[x] Create default .kicad_helpers_config

Tests

provide common test functions that can be imported from the python package
