• Fix error action composer install

  Error: pestphp/pest-plugin contains a Composer plugin which is blocked by your allow-plugins config. You may add it to the list if you consider it safe.

• Fix phpstan

  Unsafe access to `private` property {file}  through `static::`.

• Add format script, to make sure run before PR
• Add reportUnmatchedIgnoredErrors
