Add Git Integration to README #110

Since v1.0.0 doesn't support the git integration anymore, I extracted the parts out of v0.9.1 and created a package for that.

@Jubeki I'm actually going to be adding the Git integration back in 2.x which will be released soon with some performance optimisations and better DX.

@ryangjchandler okay. Do you mind creating a pinned issue which links to the repo and says that version 2 is in progress?

I will archive my repository when version 2 is out. Thanks for your work ❤️
