UG might need to mention past deadline could be parsed

I understand that it might be your design that a past deadline task could be added to a person.
But It is more user-friendly if you could capture this in UG. Currently, UG only has the following description about Deadline time:
DEADLINE
must be inyyyy-MM-dd
oryyyy-MM-dd HH:mm
format.

There is currently no restriction for the deadline on task, so I can set the deadline as any date I want. If the date set is too far back, eg in Jan 1 1000, this seems rather unrealistic.
