Background color sliders jumps to zero #2

When I try to drag the background color sliders, no matter the color, it jumps to zero first. Only after it jumps to zero can I drag the slider as expected. This recurs for each color and have been able to reproduce on each color without refreshing the page

Further test show that if I click on any part of the slider bar, the circle will jump to it, but the moment I try to drag it will snap to zero first and only after that I'm able to move it around as expected
