Family Tree - mark people as deceased without a date #475

Currently to mark someone as deceased requires you to enter a date, at least a year.

For very old relatives, this is not always possible.

We need a way to mark people as deceased without needing a date.

Marking someone as deceased without the date of death is important as we don't know the grand grandfather deceased date. I hope this will be implement in the new version.
