Chat: Integrate Chat into each page instead of pop up #530

Investigate if we can integrate the chat script into the page instead of it being a pop up.

Kinda how facebook, hangouts and just about everyone else does it, a little hidden div with users online, then the ability to open it up into an overlay type of chat interface.
