Create Standalone Course/Prof Page #110

Make pages showing just a single course/prof. This would be a better experience for people coming in from permalinks, from the notifier, or from Google. We can also SEO optimize these pages (change the page title for example).

Would be good for sharing links with friends too.

What form would this take, how would the user get to this page? Is it replacing the hyperlink we currently have to the ellucian catalog?
