Add a "Like us on FB"! to the homepage? #23

So we can put together an email list of users and send out emails when we make large updates to the site. Lets add a "Like our Facebook page!" somewhere on the homepage too.

I added an email sign up a couple of months ago - lets add a FB link somewhere too. Near the bottom might be better if there isn't enough room on the top
