SearchNEU not fully responsive. #27

See attached: image Issue occurs at internal window size of 1100x600.

If you refresh the page or search for something else the results will move down and it will look normal again. It's not that big of a bug because you have to change the size of the browser for it to happen, but it's definitely something we can fix!
