Needs imagestream examples and installation info #1

The 5.10.x series of builder image tags are showing up, but the older image tags are not visible (using the current image-streams.json).

I also need to add README notes on how to install the image stream into your current project: 

oc create -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ryanj/origin-s2i-nodejs/master/image-streams.json
