Re-base code to align with SmartThingsCommunity #7

I have attempted to reorganize the codebase to align with the SmartThingsCommunity/SmartThingsEdgeDrivers just in-case the vendor intends to fold any of this work back into the main channels. This includes segmenting the switches from the fan drivers.

Additionally, I have extended the profiles to include the additional Z-Wave capabilities and default values and have included similar definitions in the preferences/capabilities (these are used when devices info changes or upon initial configuration respectively.

I have begun to introduce some additional functions, but largely I believe this is now at least at feature parity from the original release and is set up for expansion to cover the full 100-300 series switches.
