Windows no longer resize using mouse #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Windows used to resize using mouse drag to top, bottom sides of screen and 
shifit- now only hotkeys work.

What version of the product are you using?
1.2

On what operating system( 10.5
or 10.6)? 10.6

Are you using a dual monitor?
No - spaces
Attach screenshots if it is a problem with the window position and size.

Please attach logs if you notice any crashes.
