BBEdit bad shifted #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Shifting a BBEdit window to Top+(something) the title bar (with title and 
the 3 buttons exit, minimize, maximize) go under the osx top bar and then you 
are unable to move the window. to re become able to move it you need to shift 
it to bottom+<something>.

What version of the product are you using?
10.6 v 1.2

On what operating system( 10.5
or 10.6)?
OSX 10.6.8

Are you using a dual monitor?
no

For what it's worth, I'm experiencing this issue on version 9.6.3 in mac 10.7.3 
as well. Single monitor.

I am seeing this in OS X 10.8.3 and BBedit 10.5.2. Single monitor. Quitting and 
reopening BBedit fixes the problem. I am not exactly sure what triggers the 
"bad window" behavior other then using the minimize and maximize buttons on a 
new window after BBedit has been running for awhile.
