Typos #111

I believe there is a small typo on 1.3.13 (line 650): on the bottom of the page the last commutative diagram should read

$B \otimes_A B \otimes_A N$

instead of

$B \otimes_A B \otimes_A B$

since we're talking about assossiativity (b_1 b_2) n = b_1 (b_2 n).
