\mapsto #119

It seems like there is no distinction made in EGA between what most people would write as \to and \mapsto. I have been writing \mapsto where it makes sense, but without really thinking about it, and more out of habit than anything else. I'm really not a fan of using \to for both meanings, but the idea of tracking down every single arrow which 'should' be a \mapsto sounds like an absolute nightmare. Thoughts?

I'm going to keep on writing \mapsto for the moment because it's easy to change it if needed, but I'm not too sure whether the best thing to do is to simply put a warning at the beginning (like for the scheme/prescheme terminology) or to try to 'fix' this.

I've been doing this since the beginning and think it's good, so let's keep doing it! We can put it in translation notes at the start of the document later.
