Increase margins? #124

I realize this is a very long text, but wider margins would really help with readability; ideally they would be about the same size as in the numdam edition to avoid eye fatigue. What do you think?

Btw thank you for your amazing contribution in translating this work! I’m very grateful.

I can add some more options for margin sizes, or fiddle around with the current. In the meantime, 8083e3b0f6e7fdabbccb0fed48088a4d9e73261e adds a wider margin option for the full document, so make book-wide gives 1.5in margins.

What would be your preferred margin size? I've tried in the range 1.0in to 1.5in, not sure what would be best

@ryankeleti Hi, thank you for your response! I have been in deadline-crunch-mode so I didn't get to respond yet. I have been experimenting too, let me try and find what size I liked best.

I have increased the left-right margins to 1.25in on each side, which is somewhat close to the Numdam edition (e497b87e9d77a0fd6c69eba3fa8809447abef1ef). I also removed the book-wide option, and may instead offer "screen-format" vs. "print-format" versions in the future. I'm closing this issue for now.
