weird what.pdf from make all #46

just ran make all as a test, and it quit with error first time (due to some latex problem with what.aux not existing), and on the second run it worked fine, and the generated book.pdf was great, but the what.pdf file looked bizarre indeed. not sure if this was just a one-off latex quirk though

hmm, I'm not sure! I can't really test this right now but I'll look into it when I can.

I figured \sectionbreak not being defined was the problem, I'm closing for now. nice catch!
