section title formatting #94

currently the section title formatting is a bit too subtle, I think, and it's quite hard to see where sections start (especially in e.g. what.pdf). should we make them bold? bigger? both? neither?

The current one kind of mirrors the source, but I can patch it to be bigger (although I like the current size)

hm, in my copy the source has section titles a bit bigger, in bold, and preceded by §

ah the section titles, not subsection. Yes I can try to fix this later, that is a problem
