Find influeza (or ILI) -specific mortality showing peaks in very young and very old #16

We currently link to https://bmcmedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1741-7015-10-162/figures/2 towards the end of section 2, but it turns out that that graph is actually all-cause mortality. Oops. So that current chart does not show what we want.

https://bmcmedicine.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1741-7015-10-162/figures/3 does seem to be influenza but only shows the spike in very old, not very young, which we really need to show.

BTW there probably won't be any graphs we can pull out but https://www.nap.edu/read/11150/chapter/3#61 is a cool overview of the 1918 flu pandemic
