A glossary could be included, as currently, technical terms such as GUI are not defined. #4

Users may not be aware of such technical terms and what they mean. Perhaps having a glossary would be good. Details in the FAQ (such as patient person clarification) could be included in the glossary as well.

Team's Response

Potential improvement for the next version. It's worth noting that the user is a doctor, and should easily understand these trivial terms.

Reason for disagreement: The term 'GUI' is software framework, and it is a technical term related to the computing profession. It can be better explained as: an interface for users to interact with, for example. Since doctors are in the healthcare profession, niche technical terms for computing professionals may not be understood by healthcare professionals at all. Thus, the lack of a glossary to explain such meaningful terms (such as GUI, CLI, even if they are expanded to show the full word) in the user guide would likely hinder the reader, and should in fact be a severity.Low but I have already reduced the severity. Furthermore, as mentioned on the course website, information being hard to understand for the target user and an explanation being too brief are UG bugs; In this case there is no explanation at all to help with use understanding.
