move raw data files and pickle files over to Azure VM #29

the raw data files and the pickle files are too big to move to Azure via git - need to figure out a way to move them over.

pickle files move over. Need to remember to kick off cloud env w. filesystem hack next time and pull over the raw data files as well.

Don't need raw files on cloud, so closing this.
