New Release #19

@ryanmaxwell: would be useful to create a new release for the update to Uncrustify 0.61, merged in https://github.com/ryanmaxwell/UncrustifyX/pull/18

I tried to make an archive on my mac, and it won't run. It runs fine when I build and run the source, and I've replaced a library that relied on garbage collection so I'm not sure what the problem is. Haven't had time to look into it any further at this stage, if you can get a runnable archive let me know!

Well, I can't install the submodules since they're configured with SSH: git@github.com:ryanmaxwell/Fragaria.git git@github.com:ryanmaxwell/Sparkle.git
