Problems with CodeBlocks #140

Hi. Thank you so much for this amazing extension

1. CodeBlocks preview:

(a): Code highlighting is not working. I tried Python. image What it should: image this is default highlighting happening with markdown preview in VSCode. (b): Adding a copy button will be very useful!

2. CodeBlocks editing:

(a): shortcut key for adding code blocks is handy (which this extension already has) but i also want it to ask me which language i'm typing the code for... using a suggestion box... i should be able to ignore the suggestion too something like this i guess image (b): adding the ability to set default code language when creating a CodeBlock is super handy i guess... per markdown file. so, when i am mainly creating markdown documentation related with python codes, if i set the default to python, then i wont have to specify the CodeBlock language again and again.

I think issue 1 at least is fixed in v1.5.0
