Implement cycling loading descriptions with final state persistence

This PR introduces a refined loading state behavior for the CodeSnippetDisplay component. The loading descriptions now cycle through a predefined set of stages, providing the user with a more informative and dynamic loading experience.

Changes made:

• The descriptions cycle through "generating...", "validating...", and "almost there..." every 2 seconds.
• Once the last description is reached, it persists until the loading state is resolved, rather than cycling back to the start.
• Upon a new loading instance, the descriptions reset to the first stage, ensuring the cycle starts fresh each time.
• Added additional padding to the bottom of the CodeBlock container to prevent the loading animation and descriptions from being overlapped by the code block, ensuring clear visibility and a more aesthetically pleasing UI.

These enhancements aim to improve user engagement during loading times and provide a clear indication of the loading progress.
