Also -- modify import script for lectures to pull from the "lectures" sheet.

As per #28, we need to add video time info to the model first.

Wrote the code for this, but I can't figure out what URL to use for the spreadsheet. This document is all about private URLs, which doesn't seem to work from Ruby. http://code.google.com/apis/spreadsheets/data/3.0/developers_guide.html#WorksheetFeeds
