Study link should ensure root path #35

I.e. the Study link doesn't work from the lecture view.

Might even be worth doing some javascript testing to make sure our paths are fully working.

Now that i've played around with backbone.js a bit, i'm going to re-branch from master and start over... should get this ticket, #14, and #40.

Backbone.js rewrite fixes this.
