iPhoto libraries opened last with Aperture end up in a hybrid mode as far as
the database is concerned. Phoshare cannot handle these right now. The
workaround is to re-open the library with iPhoto. Make sure the file
AlbumData.xml in your iPhoto library folder has been updated by iPhoto before
launching Phoshare (check the modification time - it needs to be after you last
used Aperture with the library).
I will look into handling this better in Phoshare.

I have tried what you have recommended with AbumData.xml but nothing has
changed.
I removed all file, changed Aperture library folder, regenerated iPhoto
thumbnails but Phoshare script generate all forlder twice anyway.
Do you have any other idea?

Both the duplicate folder and the startup issue will be fixed in Phoshare
1.5.0, to be published later today.
