It seems that you really have a huge plan on machine learning right after the dose calc project. #1

I see you constantly staring or trying everything in machine learning.

Good to hear from you @Cheng-XJTU! This was a trial run for an improvement to my older work on tumor sub-segmentation. We've got a plan for a larger scale Gibbs sampler so this was for me to gain some experience as we planned the upcoming implementation.

Don't worry though, dosecalc still keeps me very busy as it progresses towards a robust research tool for the lab.

Hi Ryan, that sounds cool! Please let me know if there is something I need to do for the dose calc project.

I am now in my internship in China and working on a DL-based abdominal OAR segmentation project. The startup (backed by a lab) is currently working on several primitive but exciting projects on applications of machine learning in radiology and pathology. If you are interested in we can talk more!
