Lucide icons solid #1606

Hi there, I've converted some of the Lucide icons from outline to solid ones. Perhaps this will be useful when supporting them in the patched fonts.

I can create more and more glyphs out of the box with the same Lucide Icon Design Principles. Even without limitations, we can modify or add any icons we want. I'm not an expert in creating fonts or designs, but I created a font based on Lucide icons for personal use. Because I wanted some icons (glyphs) that I couldn't find in Lucide or Nerdfonts, I'm still working on that. However, the result so far is awesome. Check the image below when it comes to centering glyphs #1330:

And check this one if we add guide lines to them:

I also want to create glyphs with a duotone style #1592, but I can't find a way to make this happen.
