Use cases not supposed to be a user interaction (eg type commands), instead should use user requests something. Severity increased as basic structure violateed

We believe that the respondent is correct in pointing the issue with our use cases. However, we do not believe that the usage of the word "type commands" will affect the reader of the guide in a very significant way compared to if we used "requests" instead.
