Update Repository - Matrix Systems #20

Purpose We need to update the following aspects of our repository to provide a more accurate feel for the purpose of this project. The following aspects need to be updated:

Repository Name
Repository Description
README Description

Expected Behavior Our repository should now be named Matrix-Systems with an updated description contained within our README. We then can use this updated description as the same description for our repository.

@ryanpepe2000 Will most likely need you to update the repository name and add our updated description to the repository. Which can happen after I update the README
