Dashboard View - Matrix Client #29

Purpose We need to begin development of our /dashboard view when a user has a device registered to their account. This view should encapsulate all the metric data for a respective device and feature a dropdown menu which will showcase all devices registered to a respective account.

Expected Behavior As a User with a Device registered to my account. I should be able to visit /dashboard and view the various metric data collected from my device. I should also have the capability to select other devices registered to my account to view the their metric data.

This work was completed on 29/dashboard-view and has now been merged into develop.
