IE9 酷注音無法顯示

選擇酷注音後，程式選單正常出現，但是游標要打字時，則��
�游標都沒看見，也無法顯示字音~~

相同現象,在英文模式時會顯示英文字母,但是按shift轉換成注�
��模式時,不會顯示注音符號,用的是32位元win7
