使用officeword時輸入法無法進入選字

1.打字時只能出現像是「ㄨㄛˇ」，然後重複按「ˇ」也無法��
�現「我」，或者是輸入「ㄕㄨ」空白鍵，空白鍵怎麼按也是�
��會出現字
2.在關閉所有程式或者重新登入使用者都無法改善。
3.此情形時好時壞。

我希望可以在office word使用上可以正常。
