Attaching a patch to enhance PopdownButton to:
1. Allow button text to be provided
2. Allow choice of right or left alignment (if the size of the popup is wider
than the button, align to either the left or right edge)
My use case was having a "Help" button right justified on the toolbar that pops
down a list of help items. It looks ugly if the menu items extend off the edge
of the window.
