OT: Brazos will not thottle out of P0 in Windows XP #2

I understand this a windows driver issue but can you some fix it with this 
service?  The processor stuck in P0 regardless of Power Scheme (max battery or 
balance or always on).  I tried all scheme already.

Sorry, just back from vacation.

You are saying, that the CPU always stays in P0? If so, usually the AMD CPU 
driver is missing in WinXP, since by default only Intel drivers are installed 
on a Windows install. Look for the standard AMD CPU drivers for WinXP and 
install them. These are generic as long as you have an AMD system as far as I 
know.
