Update for windows quirks #2

I just tried this on my own deck and found that windows 11/ and 10/11 PowerShell has a slightly different command structure, so I added all three variants to the FAQ, with images for folks.

Keep up the great work it's fixed my deck after the 2.4 update.

forgive me as im new to git. i dont know if i should accept this as i just updated the README a few minutes ago as i had uploaded new items. please check the README and see if there is anything that needs to be fixed i will update it.

you can just copy and paste the changes as you wish and close it, as it's now conflicting due to the new additions.

It just clarifies the fact not everyone uses cmd.exe, and gives help for windows 11/powershell users, as the bcd command is different.
