Update Clover to Install 5154 instead of 5151

Thanks for letting me know that 5154 is available. I was using 5152 and then 5153 came out last week or so but they changed from 7z to tar lzma. Im glad it went back to 7z format.

I wouldn't merge yet as i want to test 5154 for functionality if it breaks anything.

I have test this once I saw 5154 is released and use for a day for more than 10 reboot to both Windows 11 and SteamOS 3.4.8 on my Steam Deck, and I was not found any breaking issue, so I created this pull request
