Added a one-liner for helping push to openshift #46

First off why is this needed in the ofCourse repo? ofcourse openshift --help should work fine. This seems more like a personal note that you would want to keep on your computer or in your content repo.

Second off even though you might not always use it there's also a --domain option that allows you to specify a OpenShift domain that you have access to.

Closing because this isn't a general script. If you want, you can add this sample command to the docs.
