Adds a semblance of iCalendar support as discussed in #55. The "format" is simple:

Make an event in the calendar to add it to the syllabus
Adding lines like this will add an assignment: ASSIGNED: Foo Bar <http://baz.com/>
Adding lines like this will add a due assignment: DUE: Foo Bar <http://baz.com/>
Adding the category hackathon, guest, special, etc will add the same CSS rules to the style

This looks legit, and this can be pushed out as an update since it won't break existing templates/sites.
