issue-27 - adding update instructions for docker-compose #74

adding update instructions for docker-compose. Allows users to update to a new docker container version when released as 'latest'

I tried this out but it didnt work. I also changed the tag from latest to the newest tag. But after upgrade the controller didn´t come up. So for now I am stang at 6.0.36.

Me too, stuck at 6.0.36. Closing this PR, these instructions don't work. I'm using the dockerfile from this repo in ~/unifi/docker-compose.yml
