docker-compose does not work out of the box #2

Running docker-compose up -d does not work. It fails with permission denied in many places.

dstslave_1 | [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/steam/.klei/DoNotStarveTogether/settings.ini'

I've been meaning to get back around to updating this. But unfortunately docker is not running on my machine with windows pro 1709. I'll fix this asap.
