Does not work on Late 2013 MBPr #120

Does not work on late 2013 MBPr. System sleep will override NoSleep and the
wifi connection will still disconnect. Tested by downloading on battery with
NoSleep, did not even close lid.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running laptop on battery
2. Turn on NoSleep (never sleep on power and battery ticked)
3. Download a torrent file.
4. Let display timeout (set to 5 mins). Lid is opened.
5. Upon waking the laptop ~10 mins later, wifi is already disconnected icon is
(greyed-out) and is attempting to connect back upon wake from system sleep
6. Torrent is no longer downloading. The instant before the display went off
the downloads were still transferring. So it has nothing to do with sudden lack
of seeders whatsoever.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the wifi connection to remain on so long as NoSleep is running.
Instead, wifi connection drops and only reconnect upon waking. Clearly, NoSleep
is being override by the system sleep.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running on battery. Macbook Pro retina late 2013. Mavericks 10.9.

Update: Tested short periods of downloads over 4 situations with NoSleep
enabled (never sleep on power and battery ticked)

Situation 1: On battery with lid open
Situation 2: On battery with lid closed
Situation 3: On power with lid open
Situation 4: On power with lid closed

Outcome: With NoSleep activated, it was able to continue downloads for
Situation 2,3,4. Wifi was still connected upon wake. However, for Situation 1,
downloads stopped and wifi was disconnected upon wake.

What surprised me was that NoSleep worked in Situation 2 but not Situation 1,
as I expected Situation 2 to be more tedious to achieve and given the fact that
Situation 1 is not working in the first place.

Probably I have same issue on Macbook Pro retina late 2013.

As far as I know, the following is the one of workaround.

 - Type "caffeinate -id" on Terminal.app with NoSleep

I'm not sure if NoSleep is still needed in this case since caffeinate tries to
keep pc awake.
I'd like to know if my issue is really same as the issue you reported here, so
please try if possible.
