Switching to NodeJS means switching to a static site generally, so time to look into what that means in terms of what we can and can't do.

[ ] Different dynamic site tech stacks (LAMP, MEAN, etc)
[ ] Different static site tech stacks (JAMstack, etc)

Decided on MEAN stack.
