Header width different from data column width #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I make the width to 100 for all th ,such as <th col="order_total" 
width="100">

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hi,
In my datagrid ,it shows all the data but the problem is that it's header width 
different from data column width.Iam attaching an image file witch is showing 
my problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'am using OpenJSGrid_v1.8 and my OS is Microsoft windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This doesn't look like version 1.8.  Start with the original CSS file given in 
version 1.8 and then make your design changes.  This looks to be a CSS issue.

this is still a problem, and its with version 1.8.
the given files from version 1.8 downloaded from square-bracket site
cause issues with the th-row being larger than the rest.
Happens in fullscreen mode.
